Hi! I'm Jill. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Basically that means I am formally trained to think systemically. We all belong to larger systems, so even if you are seeking individual therapy, you impact those around you and vice versa. I see individuals, couples and families. I received my undergrad degree from the University of St. Catherine and my Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary's University in 2011. I have been fully licensed in the state of Minnesota since 2014. I have worked in various mental health settings since 2009 including; chemical dependency treatment centers, in-home skills work, juvenile sex offender treatment center, high school prevention specialist, eating disorder treatment center, and outpatient private practice.
I enjoy working with adults with a history of childhood trauma, adult children of alcoholics, codependent personalities, and eating disorders. I also work with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and a strong advocate for social justice and equality.
